摘  要:目的考察中国药典2015年版盐酸普萘洛尔有关物质检查方法中双离子对试剂对于色谱行为的影响。方法分别调整流动相中十二烷基硫酸钠和四丁基磷酸二氢铵的浓度,更换不同品牌的色谱柱,检查色谱峰保留时间和拖尾因子的变化。结果容量因子的自然对数值与十二烷基硫酸钠摩尔浓度的自然对数值存在近似线性关系;流动相中四丁基磷酸二氢铵浓度增大,拖尾因子降低;不同色谱柱对于相同流动相的反应不同。结论流动相中十二烷基硫酸钠增加盐酸普萘洛尔保留能力,四丁基磷酸二氢胺能起到类似"封端"作用。Objective To determine the effect of double ion-pairing agents on the chromatographic behaviors in examining related substances in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015. Methods Changes in retention time and tailing factor were studied with different concentrations of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and tetrabutylammonium dihydrogen phosphate (TDP), and columns from different manufacturers. Results The relationship between natural logarithm of capacity factor and natural logarithm of molar concentration of SDS was similarly linear. The tailing factor was reduced with the increase of TDP concentration in the mobile phase. Different chromatographic columns showed different responses to the same mobile phase. Conclusion The propranolol hydrochloride retention capacity increases due to SDS, and TDP plays an "end-capping" role.
