摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定地塞米松磷酸钠乳膏中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(2)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 mm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-三乙胺溶液(8∶57∶35),检测波长为242 nm。结果地塞米松磷酸钠在4.024~44.26μg·m L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率均大于98%,方法的精密度与重复性RSD均小于2.0%。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,检测结果准确稳定,适用于地塞米松磷酸钠乳膏中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量测定。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine the content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in dexamethasone sodium phosphate cream. Methods Dexamethasone sodium phosphate was determined by HPLC with Diamonsil C^s (2) chromatographic column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 mm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile, methanol, and triethylamine solution at 8 : 57 : 35. The detectction wavelength was 242 nm. Results The calibration curve of dexamethasone sodium phosphate showed good linearity at 4.024 - 44.26 μg· mL-1, the average recovery was more than 98%. The RSDs of precision and repeatability were all less than 2.0%. Conclustion The method is simple, specific, and accurate with stable results, which is suitable for the determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in dexamethasone sodium phosphate cream.
