摘　　要：目的探讨采用药物利用指数(DUI)评价质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)临床用法用量的合理性,并结合病历进行用药合理性评价分析。方法利用医院HIS系统和医嘱系统统计各PPIs的用量和实际用药天数,计算DUI;同时利用医院电子病历系统查阅有无超适应证用药、超禁忌证用药、PPIs的用法用量、给药途径与方法以及疗程,采用Excel进行统计。结果 DUI的分布及大小与患者PPIs使用情况大体一致,DUI的偏离程度与PPIs用法用量合理性评价结果基本吻合。结论 DUI可用来初步评价PPIs临床用法用量的合理性,再针对性的结合病历进行用药合理性评价将更全面。Objective To discuss the dosage rationality of proton pump inhibitors （PPIs） by evaluating the drug utilization index （DUI）, combined with the review and analysis of medical history. Methods We calculated the DUI with the amount of PPIs and the number of days of drug application via the hospital HIS system and the order and prescription system. We checked the indication, contraindication, dosage, administration and duration of PPIs in the medical records via the hospital electronic case system. Results The distribution and value of the DUI were largely consistent with the use of PPIs, and the deviation of PPIs was fairly consistent with the dosage rationality of PPIs application. Conclusion DUI can be used to evaluate the dosage rationality of PPIs, and clinical evaluation of PPIs presents a more comprehensive in picture combination with medical history.
