摘  要:在研究某燃气轮机防冰进气管道结构布局和使用条件的基础上,基于软件CAEPIPE建立了燃气轮机防冰进气管道应力计算模型;通过添加膨胀节、限位器和弹性支架进行补偿设计;采用米塞斯应力准则进行应力计算,确定补偿后管道应力分布状况、位移和最大应力部位,并进行应力评定。结果表明:补偿设计方案合理可行。该研究工作对我国船舶燃气轮机防冰进气管道的补偿设计具有一定的参考价值。Based on the study of the structural layout and service conditions of ice-prevention inlet pipeline of gas turbine, a calculation model oft ice-prevention inlet pipeline is established based on the software CAEPIPE. The compensation is designed by adding expansion joints, displacement restrictor and resilient mount. The stress calculation is carried out by using VON MISES criterion. The stress distribution status, displacement and maximum stress location of the pipeline after compensation are determined, and the stress assessment is conducted The results show that the compensation design in this paper is reasonable and feasible. The research work in this paper has certain reference value for the compensation design Of domestic marine ice-prevention inlet pipeline of eas turbine.
