摘 要:以资源基础理论为基础,从组织敏捷性的视角构建一个农产品电子商务企业绩效的影响因素模型,探讨农产品电子商务能力对企业绩效影响的内在机理。实证研究结果发现,管理能力、人才能力和技术能力对市场响应敏捷性和运作调整敏捷性的积极影响存在不同程度的差异;市场响应敏捷性和运作调整敏捷性对企业财务绩效和非财务绩效都有显著的正向影响,其中市场响应敏捷性对财务绩效的影响更大,而运作调整敏捷性对非财务绩效的影响更大。Understanding the mechanism of the e-commerce capability of agricultural products is critical for companies to bring into its potential and enhance economic benefits.Based on resourcebased theory and from the perspective of organizational agility,this paper builds a model of the factors affecting firm performance in the context of e-business of agricultural products,and discusses the effect of e-business capability on firm performance.The empirical results show that management capability,talent capability and technology capability have different influences on market capitalizing agility and operation adjustment agility;both market capitalizing agility and operation adjustment agility have positive impacts on financial performance and non-financial performance respectively;and market capitalizing agility has a greater impact on financial performance than operation adjustment agility,while it has less impact on non-financial performance.
