摘　　要：对鞍钢鲅鱼圈5500厚板精轧机推床存在的问题进行了分析，提出了解决方案，解决了该部分事故率较高的问题，保证生产正常平稳运行。Make an analysis on the problems existing in the finishing mill of Ansteel Bayuquan 5500 heavy plate, and put forward a solution. The high failure rate problem is eliminated, and a stable production is guaranteed.
