摘 要:针对工业设计云服务平台中子任务与服务资源配置过程中存在的匹配效率问题,提出一种协同任务模块化重组与分配方法。该方法在分析云服务平台协同任务与服务资源特点的基础上,给出任务模块化重组的计算方法与实施框架。通过采用权重有向图与设计结构矩阵结合的方法,定量分析子任务间的信息交互强弱关系与耦合关系,实现对子任务的模块化重组。同时,建立趋向矩阵对资源执行任务的综合能力与任务之间的相对重要度进行评估,将趋向矩阵转化为执行矩阵,得出模块化任务与候选资源之间的匹配映射关系,并找到最优的虚拟资源组合方案。以医疗镇痛泵协同产品设计任务为例,采用实验比对分析的方法,验证了所提方法的正确性与有效性。To solve the matching efficiency problem in the process of subtask and service resource allocation in industrial design cloud platform,a method of modular reorganization and allocation of collaborative tasks was proposed.Based on analyzing the characteristics of collaborative design task and service resources in cloud platform,the computational method and implementation framework of task decomposition and modular restructuring were given.By combining the weighted directed graph with the design structure matrix,the information interaction strength and the coupling relation among sub tasks were analyzed quantitatively,and the modular reorganization of sub tasks was realized.The trend matrix was established to evaluate the executive capacity and the relative importance of tasks.By converting trend matrix into execution matrix,the mapping relationship between restructured tasks and cooperative resources was obtained,and the optimal combination scheme of virtual resources was got.With the method of experiment comparison and analysis,the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method was illustrated by the example of collaborative design task of medical analgesia pump.
