涤痰汤源流探析

摘　　要：涤痰汤是中医治疗痰证的一首古方,经过历代医家的加减应用和演化,在中医临床应用广泛,但对本方的来源众说纷纭,通过历代文献的研究,认为涤痰汤最早记载于《奇效良方》。对于涤痰汤、导痰汤、温胆汤、二陈汤之间的关系,经过文献研究及方证对比,认为导痰汤和二陈汤同源于温胆汤,而涤痰汤同时受导痰汤和温胆汤的影响,属于这两个方的子方.由于二陈汤变化繁多、治证广泛、影响较大,人们把含有陈皮、半夏的方剂归结为二陈类方剂,具有一定的合理性。Ditan decoction is an ancient prescription of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） for the treatment of phlegm syndrome,after the add and subtract application and evolution of the past dynasties doctors,now widely used in TCM clinic, but the origin of prescription public opinions are divergent, through the study of the past dynasties literatureand,I believe that Ditan Decoction was first recorded in the＂Wonderful recipe＂. For the relationship about Ditan decoction,Daotan decoction,Erchen decoction,Wendan decoction,through document research and comparison,I come to the conclusion that Daotan decoction and Erchen decoction stem from Wendan decoction,Ditan decoction is a variant of Wendan Decoction and Daotan decoction. Since the Erchen decoction changed variously,applied widely and had great influence,it is reasonable for people to attribute the prescriptions containing dried tangerine peel and pinellia ternata to the Erchen category.
