低频电针对心肌缺血损伤大鼠相关经穴和非相关经穴皮肤温度的影响

摘　　要：目的:借助大鼠心肌缺血损伤模型,观测低频电针刺激内关穴和非经非穴后相关经穴内关及非相关经穴足三里、阳陵泉皮肤温度的变化及规律性。方法:将40只雄性Wistar大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组和假手术组各8只,将24只心肌缺血模型大鼠平均分配在模型组、低频电针内关穴组、低频电针非经非穴组每组各8只。于第3天电针治疗后,应用红外热成像技术检测各组大鼠内关、足三里、阳陵泉穴区的皮肤温度并进行统计分析。结果:与空白对照组比较,大鼠在心肌缺血损伤病理态时相关经穴内关、非相关经穴足三里穴区温度均降低;与模型组比较,低频电针经穴治疗后相关经穴内关穴区温度显著升高。结论:与非相关经穴相比,相关经穴在大鼠心肌处于不同状态时存在一定的变化特征,且低频电针"内关"穴可以改善心肌缺血诱发的相关经穴温度下降的情况,其机制有待进一步研究。Objective： By the of the model of myocardial ischemia rats,to observe the law of skin temperature changes in related channels ＂Neiguan＂（ PC6） and non-related channels ＂Zusanli ＂（ ST36） ＂Yanglingquan ＂（ GB34） by lowfrequency electroacupuncture. Methods： Wistar rats were randomized into five groups： normal control,sham-operation,model,low-frequency electroacupuncture at Neiguang groups and low-frequency electroacupuncture at non-point group,with 8 rats in each group. After three days of acupuncture treatment,we test the skin temperature by infrared thermal imaging technology around the area of ＂Neiguan ＂, ＂ Zusanli ＂, ＂ Yanglingquan ＂. Results： Compared with control group,skin temperature around related channels PC6 and non-related channels ST36 in model groups was significantly lower; Compared with the model group,the skin temperatures of PC6 were markedly increased after low frequency electroacupuncture treatment. Conclusion： Compared with non-related channels,related channels show some features of the skin temperature changes when the myocardial is in different state. Low-frequency electroacupuncture at PC6 can improve the temperature drop of related acupoints by myocardial ischemia,and the mechanism needs to be further studied.
