电针促进中风后腕手功能重建的时效关系研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针促进中风后腕手功能重建的时效规律。方法:将符合条件的受试者分为治疗组和对照组,给予电针治疗每日40 min/次,共治疗4周。于首、末次治疗前、治疗后、治疗后10 min、20 min、30 min采集表面肌电信号(s EMG),应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:首次治疗后2组最大振幅值(MAX)、积分肌电值(IEMG)高于治疗前,末次治疗后2组MAX、IEMG治疗后各时间点均高于治疗前,与首、末次治疗的同时间点比较治疗组明显低于对照组,末次治疗后MAX、IEMG各时间点均明显高于本组首次治疗同时间点;首次治疗后2组MAX、IEMG半衰期约为10~20 min,末次治疗后2组MAX、IEMG半衰期≥30 min。结论:电针促进中风后腕手功能重建中存在残效期和累积效应,累积效应使残效期延长、半衰期后延。Objective： To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the reconstruction of wrist hand function after stroke. Methods： The eligible subjects were divided into the treatment group and the control group,which were treated with electroacupuncture. 40 min/time/day for 4 weeks. The surface electromyography（ s EMG） of 10 min,20 min and 30 min was collected before,after the first and last treatment,10 min after the treatment,20 min after the treatment and 30 min after the treatment. SPSS13. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results： After the first treatment,the maximum amplitude（ MAX） and integral electromyography value（ IEMG） of the two groups were higher than those before treatment.After the last treatment,the two groups of MAX and IEMG were all higher than those before treatment at each time point,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group at the same time point at the first and last treatment.After the last treatment,the time points of MAX and IEMG were significantly higher than that at the same time point for the first time; For the first time after treatment,two groups of MAX,IEMG has a half-life of about 10 ~ 20 min; after the end of the treatment,two groups of MAX,the half-life of IEMG is greater than or equal to 30 min. Conclusions： There is a residual effect and cumulative effect in the reconstruction of wrist hand function after electroacupuncture. The cumulative effect makes the residual effect prolonged and the half-life delayed.
