摘　　要：探讨胃与咽的关系进而说明临床难治性咽异感症与胃癌前状态的关系,对此王彦刚教授以浊毒理论为指导,认为本病病因为湿热浊毒,病机为浊毒困阻中焦胃脘,日久循经犯咽,病位在胃,与脾、肝等脏相关。治疗以化浊解毒为大法,以胃为本,根据邪气的偏盛对不同证型的咽异感症辨证论治,分别予以降胃气、祛胃湿、清胃火、通胃络、排胃痈、养胃阴6种治法,临床擅用对药与角药,注重药性与功效的结合每收良效,可化解胃中浊毒,缓解咽异感症,阻断胃癌前病变。The relation between stomach and pharynx is briefly described. Further more,to explain the relationship between refractory pharyngeal paresthesia and precancerous condition of gastric cancer. Professor Wang uses the theory of Turbid toxin. The pathogeny is Turbid toxin,the pathogenesis is Turbid toxin that obstructs stomach,with time goes,involving pharynx along meridians,the location of the disease is stomach,and is relate to liver and spleen. By using Huazhuojiedu as the main threapy and treating stomach as root,six aspects are using to treating different TCM syndromes of pharyngeal paresthesia,respectively are clearing heat,dampness and carbuncle,downbearing qi,promoting blood circulation,removing obstruction in meridian and nourishing yin of the stomach. Using corner and pair drugs well and focusing on the combination of drug properties and efficacy. The treatments relieve Turbid toxin in stomach and ease the symptoms of pharynx. And an effective case is presented.
