论慢性肾脏病中医解毒法的运用

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾脏病的中医辨证论治及相应治则治法为临床辨证提供思路。方法:对慢性肾脏病毒邪致病,在中医辨证论治的基础上对慢性肾脏病患者"毒损肾络"中医治法进行具体阐释,并搜集临床相关病例进一步论述。结果:阐述并总结慢性肾脏病患者临床常用治法有温补脾肾法、行气解毒法、利水消肿法、活血化瘀法、清利湿热法、通腑泻浊法、收敛固涩法等7种方法,在临证之时常将上法并用已达良好疗效,以上述方法进行治疗,患者症状、体征及相关检查明显好转,疗效显著。结论:在辨证论治的基础上运用解毒之法治疗慢性肾脏病中医有着独特优势,且运用于临床治疗效果显著,值得临床进一步推广运用。Objective： To study the treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic kidney disease,and to provide ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation. Methods： Toxic evil leads to chronic kidney disease,on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,this paper expounds the specific methods of the treatment of＂toxic kidney and kidney ＂ in patients with chronic kidney disease,and collects clinical cases and further elaborates them.Results： This article expounds and summarizes the clinical commonly used treatment in patients with chronic kidney disease（ CKD） tonifying the spleen and kidney,Qi detoxification,water swelling method,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clear the hot and humid,relieving diarrhea turbidity method. It has a good curative effect in clinic. Patients＇ symptoms,signs and related inspection were improved markedly,curative effect is remarkable. Conclusion： On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the treatment of chronic nephropathy（ TCM） has a unique advantage in treating chronic kidney disease with the method of detoxification,and its application in clinical treatment is remarkable,and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
