针刺调节失眠症睡眠结构和中枢神经递质的研究进展

摘　　要：失眠症是临床最常见的睡眠障碍之一,其睡眠结构和中枢神经递质紊乱是其发病的重要环节。针灸治疗失眠症独具特色和优势,临床、实验和文献研究颇丰,但目前尚缺乏针刺改善睡眠结构、调节中枢神经递质机理的分析报告。据此对失眠症患者睡眠结构和中枢神经递质的变化特征及其针刺干预作用进行论述分析后发现,失眠症患者均存在不同程度睡眠结构比例失衡,总体表现为浅睡眠增多,中深度睡眠减少,中枢单胺类和抑制性神经递质均可影响睡眠结构;针刺可能通过调节与睡眠有关的中枢神经递质含量来改善睡眠结构和睡眠质量,该研究为临床广泛运用针刺治疗失眠症提供了新的科学文献研究证据。Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders in clinic,of which pathogenesis include sleep architecture and central neurotransmitter disorders. Acupuncture treatment on insomnia has its unique advantage,which has quite abundant researches in clinic,experiment and literature. However,there is lack of analysis report of sleep architecture and central neurotransmitter mechanism of acupuncture on Insomnia. Based on this,this paper discuss from following： the characteristics of sleep architecture and the changes of central neurotransmitter of Insomnia,the impact of acupuncture on sleep architecture and its intervention mechanism,and find that patients with insomnia have different degrees imbalance in sleep architecture,the overall characteristic is that shallow sleep increased,depth of sleep decreased; and monoamine neurotransmitters and inhibitory neurotransmitters both can affect the sleep architecture. Acupuncture may improve sleep architecture and sleep quality by adjusting the central neurotransmitter content related to sleep. This study provides a new scientific literature research evidence for the clinical application of Acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia.
