基于数据挖掘技术分析含“三果”藏药配伍规律

摘　　要：目的：挖掘藏药＂三果＂方剂组方规律,探析＂三果＂治疗相关疾病及前景,为科研、教学提供参考。方法：基于《中国医学百科全书—藏医学》《藏医成分制剂现代研究与临床应用》《常用藏成药诠释》等书建立处方数据库。应用＂中医传承辅助平台＂V2.5系统,提取含＂三果＂即＂诃子-毛诃子-余甘子＂的方剂,运用软件的关联规则apriori算法、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析＂三果＂用药规律。结果：最终纳入方剂204首,涉及药物344味,使用频率除＂三果＂外最高的前5位药依次为宽筋藤、木香、丁香、红花、肉豆蔻。经过聚类得到核心药物26组,其中频次50的分别为＂诃子-余甘子-毛诃子-兔耳草,诃子-藏木香-余甘子-毛诃子,丁香-诃子-肉豆蔻-余甘子-毛诃子,檀香-诃子-余甘子-毛诃子,诃子-肉豆蔻-余甘子-毛诃子,红花-诃子-余甘子-毛诃子,丁香-诃子-余甘子-毛诃子,诃子-余甘子-毛诃子-宽筋藤,木香-诃子-余甘子-毛诃子＂。结论：＂三果＂常与活血、行气、清热、温中之品联用,主以赤巴病、陈旧热证、血热、痛风、眼病、白脉病等为治疗病证。Objective： To dig out the compatibility of Tibetan medicine three fruits and explore the treatment of related diseases and its prospect so as to provide the reference for scientific research and teaching. Methods： Based on the Chinese Medical Encyclopedia of Tibetan Medicine,Component Preparation Modern Research and Clinical Application of Tibetan Tibetan Medicine and other books were used to set up the prescription databases. Chinese auxiliary platform＂ V2. 5 system was used to extract prescriptions which contain three fruits（ myrobalan-fructus teminaliae billaricae-emblic leafflower fruit） and we used the software association rules apriori algorithm,improved mutual information method of data mining methods to analyze the laws. Results： Totally there were 204 prescriptions enrolled,involving 344 drugs. The top five drugs are wide rattan,wood,clove,safflower,nutmeg. After clustering analysis,there were 26 core drugs,of which the frequency more than 50 were respectively Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica-Lagotis Gaertn,Terminalia chebula-Tibet inula root-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica,clove-Terminalia chebula-nutmeg-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica,sandalwood-Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica,Terminalia chebula-nutmeg-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica,safflower-Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica,clove-Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica,Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica-Fallopia aubertii,elecampane-Terminalia chebula-Phyllanthus emblica-Terminalia billerica. Conclusion： Three fruits often combine with drugs for activating blood and qi,clearing heat,warming the middle and manily can treat Chiba disease,long-term heat syndrome,blood heat,gout,eye diseases,white veins disease.
