摘  要:为了获得稳定性更高、隔离性能更可靠的电子束加速电源,对60 kV/30 kW中压大功率加速电源的拓扑结构和控制电路进行了优化,采用三相逆变电流均流结构、电压双闭环调节以及串联多一级全桥逆变电路的方式,研制出了一种结构更优的高压电源并进行了相关的性能实验。结果表明所研制的高压电源输出电压稳定,可调性好,高低压电气隔离性能优越,能够很好地满足电子束焊接工艺对高压电源的各项要求。In order to obtain the electron beam accelerating power with higher stability and more reliable isolation performance, the main circuit topology and control circuit of the 60 kV/30 kW high power acceleration power have been optimized.The three-phase inverter current sharing structure, voltage double closed-loop regulation and series multi-level full-bridge inverter circuit are selected to develop a better structure of the high-voltage power supply.The results show that the output voltage of the developed high voltage power supply is stable, adjustable and with superior isolation performance of high and low voltage electrical.The structure can well meet high voltage power supply requirements of the electron beam welding process.
