摘 要:目的探讨超声对疲劳性骨折的诊断价值。方法对176例经临床、MRI确诊疲劳性骨折患者行超声检查,超声检查结果阴性患者分别于1、2、3、4周后复查超声,分析评价超声诊断疲劳性骨折的准确性。结果 176例疲劳性骨折首次超声检查168例阳性,第二次超声及其以后复查结果均为阳性。结论在诊断疲劳性骨折方面,超声和MRI有良好的相关性。超声可作为疲劳性骨折早期初步筛选检查方法,疲劳性骨折中后期因其超声声像图具有特异度,且简便、准确,可作为诊断疲劳性骨折的首选影像学检查方法。Objective To evaluate the value for stress fracture by ultrasonography. Methods 176 patients with stress fracture confirmed with MRI underwent hy uhrasonography. The patients with negative results of ultrasonogra play were examined every week in the first month. The results of uhrasonography were compared with those of MRI to evaluate the diagnostic value of uhrasonography. Results Among 176 patients suspected as stress fracture, 168 cases were diagnosed by uhrasonography. The missed patients by the first ultrasonography were reexamined every week and the results were positive. Conclusions Uhrasonography was correlated well with MRI in diagnosing stress fracture. It should be used to diagnose stress fracture in initial screening. Ultrasonography is a sensitive,accurate method for stress fracture in the midanaphase arid may be the first line imaging modality in diagnosing stress fracture.
