阿奇霉素与阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾对急性中耳炎患者抗感染的疗效与安全性比较

摘　　要：目的:比较阿奇霉素与阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾对急性中耳炎患者抗感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2015年1月—2017年1月间收治的急性中耳炎患儿92例资料,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,每组46例;A组患者给予阿奇霉素治疗,B组患者给予阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后的临床阳性症状发生率及治疗期间不良反应发生率差异。结果:治疗前两组患儿的临床阳性症状发生率经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的临床阳性症状发生率经组间比较其差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后两组患儿的阳性症状发生率均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗期间A组患者不良反应的总发生率为6.52%低于B组为26.09%(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿奇霉素与阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾分别治疗急性中耳炎患者均有显著的临床疗效,但二种药物间的临床疗效无差异,而阿奇霉素用药期间的安全性高于阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾。Objective： To compare the anti-infection efficacy and safety of azithromycin and amoxicillin clavula- nate potassium in children with acute otitis media. Methods： Data of 92 cases children with acute otitis media treated from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. It was divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The patients in group A were treated with azithromycin, and the patients in group B were treated with amoxicillin clavicate potassium. The incidence of clinical positive symptoms before and after treat- ment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results： Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of clinical positive symptoms between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Af- ter treatment, there was also no statistically significant difference in the incidence of clinical positive symptoms be- tween the two groups（P〉0.05）. However, The incidence of positive symptoms in both groups was lower than that be- fore treatment （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in group A during treatment was 6.52%, com- pared with 26.09% in group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of azithromycin and amoxicillin-clavicate in pa- tients with acute otitis media have significant clinical effect. However, there was no difference in the clinical efficacy be-tween the two drugs, and the safety of azithromycin was higher than that of amoxicillin-clavate.
