摘 要:目的:研究手消毒揉搓频次对医护人员外科手术手消毒效果的影响。方法:根据《七步洗手法》要求,以参加手术的研究对象(外科医生和护士)的洗手记录为研究资料,采用随机分组法按揉搓频次(5次、10次、15次)的不同将其分为A组、B组、C组,每组20例;用无菌棉拭子采集研究对象洗手前、外科手消毒1.5 min后和手术结束脱手套即刻手表面标本,送检微生物培养,分别考察各组研究对象不同揉搓频次对手消毒效果的影响。结果:研究对象的男-女性别比、医-护比以及职称、工作年限和手术时间经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组研究对象在外科术前手消毒、手消毒1.5 min后及手术结束脱手套即刻的菌落数经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:规范的外科术前手消毒过程中,揉搓频次(5次、10次、15次)对外科手消毒的效果基本相同;采用量化不同揉搓频次消毒,便于对临床培训考核及日常手卫生监管。Objective: To investigate the effect of three kinds of rubbing frequency on surgical hand disinfection in medical staff. Methods: According to the requirements of "seven-step wash method", the hand-washing records of the participating surgeons and nurses were used as the research objects, and divided into group A, group B and group C, with 20 cases in each group. Bacterial culture situation of each group was investigated before hand washing, surgical disinfection after 1.5 min and the end of surgery off the glove immediately. Results: There was no significant difference in the sex ratio, the proportion of medical care, professional titles, working duration and operation time between the three groups (P〉0.05). There was no significant difference (P〉0.05) among the number of colonies in the three groups immediately before the surgical hand disinfection, 1.5 minutes after the hand was disinfected and immediately af- ter the surgery. Conclusions: In the standard preoperative surgical hand disinfection process, the times of 5, 10 and 15 rubs have no significant effect on the external disinfection effect. Quantifying the frequency of rubbing is convenient for clinical training assessment and daily hand hygiene supervision.
