摘  要:基于小型溶液除湿空调系统,搭建了叉流再生器性能实验平台,选用Celdek规整填料作为热质传递介质,Li Cl溶液作为再生剂,并以再生量作为性能评价指标。实验研究了在小型化条件下溶液流量、溶液入口温度,空气流量、空气入口温度等四个因素对叉流再生器性能的影响。结果表明:在小型化条件下,溶液再生量随溶液流量、溶液入口温度、空气流量的增大而增大,而空气入口温度对溶液再生量影响甚微。同时,还拟合出适用于小型化的传质系数关联式,并利用热湿传递理论模型将实验值与理论计算值进行对比,结果显示误差控制在±9%范围内,精度较高。The cross-flow regeneration experimental equipment was set up based on the small liquid desiccant air conditioning system. The Celdek structured packing was chosen as the heat and mass transfer medium, LiC1 was served as regenerant, and the regenerated capacity was selected as the evaluation criteria for system performance. The effects of liquid desiccant flowrate, liquid desiccant inlet temperature, air flowrate and air inlet temperature on the performance of the regenerator were fully studied. The conclusion was that: under the condition of miniaturization, the regenerated capacity increased with the growth of solution flowrate, liquid desiccant inlet temperature and air flowrate; while air inlet temperature had little effect on the regenerated capacity. Moreover, the correlation formula of mass transfer coefficient about miniaturization system was fitted, and it was adapted to compare the experimental values with calculated values, the results showed that the deviation of each parameter was controlled within the range of 9%, which indicated that the fitted correlation formula had a good performance.
