缺血性脑卒中血瘀证患者舌下络脉特征与血清PAF、VEGF表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨缺血性脑卒中血瘀证患者舌下络脉特征及与血清血小板活化因子（PAF）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的相关性。方法：收集缺血性脑卒中血瘀证患者102例,观察舌下络脉的特征并进行评分和分级。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中PAF、VEGF的表达水平,分析舌下络脉特征、PAF、VEGF之间的相关性。结果：缺血性脑卒中血瘀证患者舌下络脉均存在不同程度的异常改变,且不同舌下络脉评分组间血清指标PAF、VEGF水平比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。舌下络脉总积分与血清指标PAF、VEGF、神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）均有相关性,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,血清指标PAF与VEGF有相关性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：缺血性脑卒中血瘀证患者舌下络脉特征与PAF、VEGF存在正相关性,其舌下络脉积分与分级越高,PAF、VEGF表达越明显,神经功能缺损评分越高,提示舌下络脉的评分与积分以及PAF、VEGF可作为缺血性脑卒中血瘀证辨证的重要依据与客观指标。Objective： To explore the characteristics of sublingual venae in patients with ischemic stroke and blood stasis syndrome and the correlation with serum platelet-activating factor（PAF） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）. Methods：We collected 102 cases of ischemic stroke with blood stasis and observed the sublingual venae characteristic and score and classification. By using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,we tested the expressions of serum PAF and VEGE. Results： The sublingual collaterals of patients with ischemic stroke and blood stasis syndrome were abnormal in different degrees,and different sublingual venae scores between the indexes of serum PAF and VEGF levels were statistically significant（P〈 0. 01）.The total volume of sublingual venae,serum PAF and VEGF scores and neural had a relationship with the function defect（NIHSS） and the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0. 01）. There was a correlation between serum PAF and VEGF index and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The sublingual collaterals integral of ischemic stroke patients with blood stasis is higher,PAF and VEGF expressions are more obvious and the degree of neurological impairment is more serious,prompting sublingual collaterals score and integral and PAF and VEGF can be used as important basis of ischemic stroke syndrome of blood stasis syndrome and objective indicators.
