芪归药对治疗糖尿病肾病的理论探讨

摘　　要：芪归药对乃补气生血的经典药对,首载于《内外伤辨惑论》,本治血虚发热,因其配伍精妙,被后世医家广泛用于临床各科。糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症,目前尚无理想措施阻止其发生、发展。研究表明,芪归药对能够通过减少尿蛋白、抑制肾脏炎症反应、抵抗氧化应激等减轻肾损害,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。因此,作者通过查阅近年来有关芪归药对的文献,从中医基础理论、现代药理研究的角度对其在糖尿病肾病中的运用进行探讨,以期为今后的研究提供依据。Astragalus and Angelica is a classic medicine pair for invigorating qi and promoting blood,and is first set out in the Differentiation on Endogenous. It is used to treat the blood deficiency fever. Because of its compatibility is exquisite,it is widely used in clinical departments physicians. Diabetic nephropathy is a common micro-vascular complication of diabetes,and there is no effective method to prevent its occurrence and development. It was found that the medicine can significantly reduce the urinary protein,restrain renal inflammatory response,anti-oxidative stress reaction and then reduce the kidney damage,delay the development of diabetic nephropathy. Therefore,by referring to the recent relevant literature of the medicine,the author discusses its application in diabetic nephropathy from the perspective of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacological research in order to provide the basis for future research.
