45例老年脑卒中恢复期患者八段锦联合中医措施康复效果的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：分析45例老年脑卒中恢复期患者八段锦联合中医措施康复效果的应用效果。方法：选取2015年9月-2016年9月期间本院收治的90例老年脑卒中恢复期患者作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组及观察组。对照组采取中医措施干预治疗,观察组采取八段锦联合中医措施干预治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分（NDS）、改良巴氏指数（BI）、功能综合评定量表（FCA）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分及肢体功能恢复情况,并进行统计学分析。结果：（1）治疗3个月及6个月后,观察组临床NDS评分较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）治疗3个月及6个月后,观察组BI较对照组明显提高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（3）治疗3个月及6个月后,观察组FCA评分明显提高,较对照组差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（4）治疗3个月及6个月后,观察组HAMD评分较对照组降低改善,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（5）治疗6个月后,观察组肢体功能治疗总有效率95.56%,对照组为82.22%,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：八段锦联合中医措施有助于改善老年脑卒中恢复期患者的临床症状,改善神经功能,恢复患者肢体功能,减轻患者抑郁程度,临床上值得推广。Objective： To research the application analysis of Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine measures on 45 cases of elderly patients with stroke recovery. Methods： Ninety cases with stroke recovery in our hospital from September2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided equally into control group and observation group. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine measures and the observation group added Baduanjin. The Neurological deficit score（NDS）,modified PAP index（BI）,functional comprehensive assessment scale（FCA） score,Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） score and limb function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results：（1） After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the clinical NDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance（P〈 0. 05）.（2）After 3 and 6 months of treatment,BI in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistical significance（P〈 0. 05）.（3） After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the FCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical significance（P〈 0. 05）.（4） After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group with statistical significance（P〈 0. 05）.（5） After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 95. 56% in the observation group and the control group＇ s was 82. 22% with statistical significance（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Baduanjin and Chinese medicine measures could help to improve the clinical symptoms and the neurological function,restore the limb function,reduce the degree of depression in the elderly patients with stroke recovery and can be widely use in clinic.
