摘　　要：为了解井穴放血疗法治疗神经系统疾病的国内研究现状,作者通过对近15年国内使用十二井穴放血干预神经系统疾病的相关文献进行分析,发现目前井穴放血疗法对于脑保护的研究较多,而对周围神经的机制无研究;在临床研究方面,缺少严谨的RCT试验,虽临床研究较多,但质量不高,尤其是周围神经系统疾病,关注度较弱。今后,可提高研究水平及加强周围神经系统疾病的研究。In order to understand the current situation of the study on the treatment of nervous system diseases in the Jing points bloodletting therapy,the author analyzed the related literature about the intervention of the bloodletting at Twelve Jing Points in the past 15 years. But there is no research on the mechanism of peripheral nerve. In clinical research,the lack of rigorous RCTs,although clinical researches are more,the quality is not high,especially peripheral nervous system diseases,the attention is weak. In the future,we can improve the level of research and strengthen the peripheral nervous system diseases research.
