摘　　要：癌性疼痛严重影响患者生活质量,如何提高其治疗的有效率是目前恶性肿瘤防治的研究难点。阿片类药物虽能够有效缓解癌性疼痛,但其所致的恶心、呕吐、便秘、头晕、嗜睡等不良反应,限制其临床使用。针刺疗法以其安全、有效、无药物首过效应等优势,在癌痛治疗中日益发挥着重要作用。文章分析了癌性疼痛的中医病机及治疗大法,按时间顺序概述了近20年来针灸治疗癌痛的临床研究,总结既往研究存在的问题,探索性提出日后的研究重点。Cancer pain has a serious impact on the patients＇ quality of life,and how to improve curative effect is current research difficulty. Opioids can effectively relieve cancer pain,but its adverse effects,such as nausea,vomiting,constipation,dizziness,lethargy,restrict its clinical use. Acupuncture therapy,based on its safe,effective and no drug first pass effect advantages,has been playing an important role in the treatment of cancer pain. We analyze the pathogenesis and treatment principle of traditional Chinese medicine. According to chronological order,we summarized the clinical study in recent 20 years,pointing out the existing research problems and the research focus in the future.
