摘 要:为了探明不同层理方向煤吸附瓦斯变形机理,以亭南煤矿4~#煤层煤样为研究对象,利用多功能煤吸附/解吸瓦斯参数测定试验装置,开展了以CH_4和He为吸附质的等温(30℃)吸附试验,并基于试验结果对气体压缩煤体变形方程、纯吸附变形方程、横观各向同性煤吸附变形方程进行了讨论分析.结果表明:煤吸附CH_4时垂直层理和平行层理方向表现为膨胀变形,吸附He时垂直层理和平行层理方向表现为收缩变形,煤吸附过程中平行层理方向和垂直层理方向变形存在各向异性;气体压缩、表面张力变化(纯吸附)及二者共同作用下煤体变形的各向异性与吸附压力大小和吸附质无关,与煤的自身性质有关;横观各向同性煤吸附变形方程理论计算结果和试验结果在平行层理方向平均相对误差为7.08%,垂直层理方向平均相对误差为14.63%.横观各向同性煤吸附变形方程可以表述吸附平衡压力与吸附变形的关系,也可体现出垂直层理和平行层理方向煤体吸附变形的差异性.The characteristic of coal is transverse isotropy,while the adsorption deformation on different directions of coal is still unclear.In order to solve the problems,taking 4#coal of Tingnan coal mine as the research object,the isothermal adsorption deformation experiments at30 ℃ were carried out with CH_4 and He as adsorbate by using the self-developed multifunctional measurement test device on gas adsorption/desorption parameters of coal.Based on the experimental results,the gas compression deformation equation,the pure adsorption deformation equation and the deformation equation of transversely isotropic coal were discussed.The results show that the vertical bedding and parallel bedding directions of coal swells when CH_4 is adsorbed,and shrinks when He is adsorbed.The parallel bedding direction and vertical bedding direction show the deformation anisotropy in the process of coal adsorption gas.The anisotropy of coal deformation under the effect of gas compression,pure adsorption and the twofactors is related to the properties of coal,not the gas pressure and the adsorbate.The average relative error of the theoretical calculation results and experimental results on parallel bedding direction is 7.08% and vertical bedding direction is 14.63%.The deformation equation of transversely isotropic coal can express the relationship between gas pressure and adsorption swelling deformation and also describe adsorption deformation on vertical bedding and parallel bedding direction.
