基于中医传承辅助平台系统的《临证指南医案》咳嗽用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:分析《临证指南医案》治疗咳嗽的组方用药规律。方法:收集《临证指南医案》中治疗咳嗽的142个处方,运用中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5),采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析《临证指南医案》中治疗咳嗽的用药规律。结果:通过处方分析筛选,得到用药频次≥10的药物39味,关联系数>0.03的药对22对,核心组合52个,新处方10个。结论:《临证指南医案》治疗咳嗽用药以杏仁为主,外感配以桑叶、沙参、连翘、薄荷等;内伤配以熟地黄、山茱萸、五味子等。Objective： To analyze the Medication Regularity about Cough Syndrome in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record. Methods： This paper collected 142 prescriptions about cough syndrome treatment in Guide to Clinical Prcwtice with Medical Record, employed the Apriori association rules algorithm and complex system entropy clustering for unsupervised data mining method, and analyzed the medication regularity about cough syndrome in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record. Results： Through the analysis and seleetion of prescription, there were 39 herbs that the frequency of using were more than 10 times, 22 herb pairs that the corrclation coefficient were greater than 0.03, 52 kinds of core combinations, and l0 new prescriptions. Conclusion： From the inheritance system of traditional Chinese medicine, we found that the treatment for cough syndrome in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record give first place to apricot kernel （Armeniacae Semen）. The external contraction of cough combined with mulberry leaf （Mori Folium）, adenophora （Adenophorae seu Glehniae Radix）, forsythia （Forsythiae Fruetus）, mint （Menthae Herba） and et al. The internal damage of eough combined with cooked rehmannia （Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata）, comus （Corni Fructus）, schisandra （Schisandrae Fructus） and et al.
