摘　　要：大数据的开发和利用是互联网时代的发展趋势,但是如果数据安全保护不到位,也会严重阻碍大数据的合理利用。本文基于数据所有权和使用权分离的原则,对大数据安全保护体系展开了深入研究,提出一种大数据安全开发和应用平台设计方法,通过对数据的扩散过程进行控制,在保证大数据能够被充分开发和应用前提下,为数据安全提供必要的保护能力。The exploitation of big data is an inevitable trend in Internet Era; however,the data exploitation will be impeded without an appropriate protection of them. Based on the principle that the ownership and the usage rights of data should be separated,this paper studied the security architecture of the data exploitation platform,presented a method for big data securely exploitation platform design,in which the data diffusion processes were controlled,and by this way,the necessary protection capability for big data was provided on the premise that they were fully exploited.
