摘 要:基于表面涂覆改性的方法,使用吡咯为改性单体对阳离子交换膜进行改性,通过对改性前后的膜进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)及氯离子泄露率的测定表征膜的改性效果。结果表明,在吡咯与氯化铁的浓度比4∶1、掺杂剂为1 mol/L盐酸、单体反应时间1 h、氧化聚合时间4 h的条件下,改性效果最佳,氯离子泄漏率降低最大,降低了8.4%。Cation exchange membrane was modified with pyrrole as modified monomer based on surface coating modification. The modification effect of membrane before and after modification was characterized by SEM,FTIR and chloride ion leakage rate. The results show that the best modification effect was obtained and chloride leakage rate droped by a maximum of 8. 4 point percent under the conditions including concentration ratio of pyrrole to ferric chloride of 4 ︰ 1,dopant of 1 mol/L HCl,monomer reaction time of 1 h,and oxidation polymerization time of 4 h.
