摘  要:目的:探讨姜黄素(CUR)逆转人胆管癌耐药细胞株QBC939/ADM的耐药作用。方法:以姜黄素作为逆转剂对QBC939/ADM进行干预,采用CCK-8法检测实验组与对照组QBC939/ADM活性,采用流式细胞术检测实验组与对照组QBC939/ADM凋亡率。结果:CCK-8法显示姜黄素分别联合环磷酰胺、5-氟尿嘧啶作用于QBC939/ADM,细胞活性明显低于单独用药,流式细胞仪检测显示姜黄素单独作用于QBC939/ADM细胞凋亡不明显,与环磷酰胺、5-氟尿嘧啶联合使用较单独使用化疗药细胞凋亡率明显增强。结论:姜黄素对QBC939/ADM细胞的多药耐药性有一定的逆转作用,但其具体机制尚未阐明,需进一步探索。Objective: To investigate the drμg resistance of curcumin (CUR) to reverse human cholangiocarcinoma resistant cell line QBC939/ADM. Methods: The QBC939/ADM of QBC939/ADM was interfered with curcumin, and the QBC939/ADM activity, flow cytometry test group and control group QBC939/ADM apoptosis rate were detected by CCK-8 test group and control group. Results: The method of CCK 8 shows curcumin combined cyclophosphamide respectively, in the role of 5-fluorouracil QBC939/ ADM, cell activity significantly lower than the drμgs alone, flow cytometry instrument detection indicated that curcumin separate effect on QBC939/ADM, apoptosis is not obvious, and used in combination with cyclophosphamide, 5 -fluorouracil, a single use, effective cell apoptosis rate significantly increased. Conclusion. Curcumin has a certain reversal effect on the mμLtidrμg resistance of QBC939/ADM cells, but its specific mechanism has not been studied and needs to be further explored.
