摘 要:目的:建立川桔梗中桔梗总皂苷的提取方法,研究不同栽培年限及产地加工方法对川桔梗中桔梗总皂苷的影响。方法:采用紫外-可见光分光光度法测定川桔梗中桔梗总皂苷的含量。结果:通过对33批川桔梗样品中桔梗总皂苷含量进行分析,比较不同栽培年限及产地加工方法的川桔梗中桔梗总皂苷含量得出:生长年限一年和三年的样品中桔梗总皂苷含量差异不大,二年生样品桔梗总皂苷含量最高。未去皮样品中桔梗总皂苷含量明显高于去皮样品。结论:该方法简单快捷,适合于川桔梗中桔梗总皂苷的含量测定,为今后川桔梗药材的栽培年限及产地加工方法合理标准的制定提供科学、可靠的依据。Objective. To establish a method for extraction for total saponins in Radix Platycodonis and research the effects of different cuLtivated years and processed methods on total saponin inRadix Platycodonis. Methods : The contents were determined by uLtraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: Comparing the content of total saponins in 33 samples of Radix Platycodonis for different cuLtivated years and processed methods, we couLd get the following: the total saponins content ofRadi3c PlatycodoniscuLtivars grown for one years and three years had no difference. The cuLtivars grown for two years were highest. The not removed samples were higher than removed samples. Conclusion : The method is simple and rapid for determinating the content of total saponin in- Radix Platycodonis. It can be used as a scientific and reliable basis for formuLating the reasonable standard of cuLtivating and processing method ofRadix Platycodonis.
