针灸治疗类风湿关节炎临床选穴规律探讨

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎,是一种因免疫功能亢进引起的以关节滑膜慢性炎症病变为主症的疾病,邪气痹阻于经络为其基本病机,病变多以关节的肿痛和功能障碍为主要表现。目前对类风湿关节炎的治疗方法包括中西医治疗等多种疗法,其中针灸作为一种物理疗法,选穴需要根据其病因病机和病位,重视选用具有疏经活络、通利关节、补肝肾、调气血等作用的穴位,采取局部选穴为主,并配合辨证选穴及整体选穴的规则。Rheumatoid arthritis （rheumatoid arthritis, RA） is a disease characterized by chronic inflammatory disease of synoviaI membrane which is caused of immune hyperfunction, with small joint pain and dysfunction as the clinical manifestation. The basic pathogenesis of lesions is that Evil block meridian. The current treatment of rheumatoid arthritis including traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and other therapies. Acupuncture as a physical therapy, acupoints selection is according to its pathogenesis and disease, paying attention to select the point which have the function that dredging meridians, easing tension of joint reinforcing liver and kidney, tonifying qi and blood and with the rules of selecting the local acupoints are main and cooperate with the dialectical acupoints and the whole acupoints.
