摘　　要：体育要融入高校人才培养过程，就要解决好为什么做、做什么、怎么做的问题。首先，要让高校体育回归育人本质。其次，明确高校体育在人才培养中的定位以及体育核心素养的内涵。最后，要让体育融入学生发展核心素养培育体系，成为高校人才培养的重要组成部分。To integrate PE into the talents cultivation of colleges and universities, itb imperative for us to figure out why we should do this, what measures we should take, and how to carry out these measures. First of all, we should make the PE in colleges and uni- versities return to its nature of talents cultivation; secondly, we ought to determine the position of university and college PE in talents cultivation, and know clearly the connotations of the sports key competencies ; finally, we are supposed to integrate PE into the talents cultivation system of developing students＇ key competencies so as to make it become an integral part of the talents cultivation in colleges and universities.
