摘　　要：为了研究熔断器撞击器撞击负荷开关、触发其脱扣分闸的机械性能,文中设计了一套摆锤式冲击能量测试分析系统。基于质点系的动量矩定理,提出了一种利用动量矩分析其冲击特性的新方法:在熔断器撞击器燃弧释放的瞬间,以高采样频率获取瞬时冲击力—时间响应数据,截取有效数据段进行数值积分运算,由此获得撞击瞬间释放能量的时间、行程和冲击能量。通过与传统实验方法计算数据的对比,发现撞击过程中测试系统的能量损失对文中所用测试分析方法的影响较小,极大地提高了熔断器撞击器撞击过程定量分析的精确性。该实验和分析方法简单快捷,对解决低冲击能量的精确计算问题具有指导意义,也可作为熔断器研发的借鉴。In order to study the mechanical properties of the fuse striker which is used to impact and push a load switch disconnected, a set of pendulum-type impact energy testing system is designed.Furthermore, according to the theorem of moment of momentum for a system of particles, a new method that is used to study its impact characteristics is proposed by moment of momentum.In a moment of arcing and releasing of the fuse striker, the data about impact force with time is gathered on high sampling frequency and processed with numerical integration.Then not only stroke time and distance but also accurate impact energy can be achieved.Through comparing calculating data by the traditional experiment method with that by current analysis method, the energy loss from the mechanical device has a little effect on such measurement and analysis method during test procedure, and the accuracy of the quantitative analysis for the process of impact is improved greatly.The experiment and analysis method is simple and quick, and it is not only valuable to guide calculating low energy impact accurately, but also useful to fuse striker＇s research and development.
