摘　　要：介绍了热塑性工程塑料材料在12 kV手车式开关柜中的应用,包括:热塑性工程塑料绝缘材料的选用;高压绝缘件的设计;热塑性工程塑料固封极柱的选用;以及热塑性工程塑料在12 kV手车式开关中的试验情况及关键技术要点等。12 kV手车式开关柜中,热塑性工程塑料绝缘材料主要应用于断路器固封极柱、触头盒、穿墙套管、绝缘子等。The article describes the application of thermoplastic engineering plastic material in 12 kV withdrawable switchgear, including： the selection of thermoplastic engineering plastics insulation material, the design of HV insu- lation components, the selection of solid sealing poles for thermoplastic engineering plastics, as well as the test situa- tion and key technical points of the thermoplastic engineering plastics in 12 kV withdrawable switch and so on. In 12 kV withdrawable switchgear, thermoplastic engineering plastic insulation material is mainly used in circuit breaker, sol- id sealing pole, contact box, bus bushing, insulator and so on, it provides new ideas for the application of high volt- age switchgear materials.
