摘 要:目的为了优选黔产天花粉的最佳产地加工方法。方法分别采用阴干、晒干、烘干、微波干燥、水浸后捣碎晒干等不同加工方法对新鲜天花粉药材进行加工处理,以天花粉蛋白、多糖、皂苷、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物为评价指标,采用综合评分法优选天花粉的最佳产地加工方法。结果天花粉不同产地加工方法的综合评分值差异较大,从大到小的顺序依次为微波干燥(0.71)﹥烘干(0.47)﹥晒干(0.25)﹥阴干(0.17)﹥水浸后捣碎晒干(0.00)。结论微波干燥为天花粉的最佳产地加工方法,最佳工艺为:取天花粉鲜药材,除去杂质泥土,刮去外皮,切成0.5cm厚的斜片,于55℃微波干燥箱中烘干。该方法能较好地控制天花粉药材的质量。Objective In order to optimize the best habitat processing method of Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms. Methods The fresh Trichosanthes was processed respectively in different processing methods such as shady drying, sun drying, oven drying, microwave drying, after mashing and sun drying, In trichosanthin, polysaccharide, saponin, water soluble extractives, ethanol soluble extract as the evaluation index, The best habitat processing method of Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms was optimized by the comprehensive evaluation method. Results The different habitat processing method lead to different values of its comprehensive score for Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms, microwave drying (0.71) 〉 oven drying( 0.47 ) 〉 sun drying (0.25) 〉 shady drying( 0. 17) 〉 Mashed dry (0.00). Conclusion Microwave drying was the best method for processing Trichosanthes. The optimum process was as follows : take fresh Trichosanthes, removing the contaminated soil, scraping the skin, cutting the 0. 5 cm thick oblique slice, drying in the microwave oven at 55℃. This method can better control the quality of Trichosanthes rosthornii Harms.
