健脾养血祛风汤治疗血虚风燥型特应性皮炎的疗效及对患者血清LTB4、LTC4水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾养血祛风汤治疗血虚风燥型特应性皮炎的疗效及对血清中炎性介质的影响。方法选取10岁以上AD患者126例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例。治疗组采用健脾养血祛风汤口服联合他克莫司软膏及保湿剂外涂治疗;对照组采用盐酸西替利嗪口服联合他克莫司软膏及保湿剂外涂治疗。于治疗前后对患者进行EASI评分及血清中LTB4、LTC4水平检测,随访三个月了解其复发状况。结果治疗后两组EASI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组更加显著(P<0.01),治疗组和对照组有效率分别为65.07%和46.03%。治疗后治疗组和对照组的血清LTB4、LTC4水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组更加显著(P<0.01)。治疗组和对照组复发率分别为15.87%和34.92%。结论健脾养血祛风汤联合他克莫司治疗血虚风燥型AD效果显著,可有效消除皮损,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect and the serum inflammatory mediator of Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng Decoction in treating Xuexu Fengzao type atopic dermatitis（AD）. Methods Select 126 AD patients who is older than 10 years, divide them into treatment group and control group with 63 cases in each group randomly. The treatment group were given Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng Decoction oral, the control group were given Cetirizine hydrochloride oral, they both had Tacrolimus ointment and moisturizer with treatment. EASI were evaluated before and after the treatment, serum LTB4 and LTC4 were detected before and after the treatment, record the recurrence of the patients in 3 months. Results Comparing with the conditions before the treatment, the EASI and the level of LTB4,LTC4 were all decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the EASI and the level of LTB4, LTC4 of the treatment group were lower than the control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. In 3 months following-up ,the recurrence rate in the treatment group and the control group was 15.87% and 34.92%. Conclusion Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng Decoction combine with Tacrolimus ointment is an effective treatment for the Xuexu Fengzao type atopic dermatitis, it can eliminate skin damage effectively, has low recurrence, deserve the clinical expansion.
