玉液汤加减治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察玉液汤加减治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法选取于湖北省中医院内分泌科就诊并诊断为糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者52例,随机分为对照组26例和治疗组26例,治疗组给予玉液汤加减治疗,对照组予依巴斯汀片治疗,两组疗程均为3周,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组皮肤瘙痒等相关症状及体征改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论玉液汤加减治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症具有较好效果。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Yuye decoction on diabetic skin pruritus. Methods 52 cases of patients with diabetic skin pruritus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated with modified Yuye decoction, control group was treated with Ebastine, both groups were treated for 3 weeks,the clinical efficacies were compared at the end of the treatment. Results The improvement of skin itching and other related symptoms and signs in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Modified Yuye decoction is effective in treatment of diabetic skin pruritus.
