摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩联合心理干预对白血病化疗后的影响。方法选择同期60例白血病化疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组化疗期间给予血液科常规护理,观察组采用穴位按摩联合心理干预进行护理。分别于干预前和干预2周后采用抑郁自评量表和FACT-B中文版V4.0生活质量量表进行评测。结果干预前两组间抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2周后,观察组SDS得分低于干预前得分(P<0.05),且显著低于相应时间点对照组SDS得分(P<0.05);干预前观察组与对照组生活质量总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2周后,观察组生活质量总分较干预前明显下降,且明显低于相应时点测评的对照组总分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention on the leukemia after chemotherapy. Method 60 cases of patients with leukemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group received routine hematology nursing during chemotherapy, observation group received acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention. The self rating depression scale and the Chinese version of V4.0 life quality scale were evaluated pre-intervention and two weeks after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in SDS between the two groups before intervention （P〉0.05）. After two weeks of intervention, the score of SDS in observation group was lower than that before intervention （P〈0.05） and significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total score of the quality of life before the intervention between observation group and control group （P〉0.05）. After 2 weeks of intervention, the total score of quality of life in observation group was sig- nificantly lower than that before intervention, which was significantly lower than that in control group at the corresponding time point （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention is effective in improving the depressive state of leukemia after chemotherapy.
