摘　　要：“减霾计划”是一个旨在修复环境和减低空气污染的项目。计划将一项被实证有效、且取得专利的正离子技术．应用于深受空气污染影响的地区。项目其中—件惹人注目的设计--“雾霾净化塔”，以试验性质放置于北京和天津。从远处眺望，雾霾净化塔就像在草坪上耸立的烟囱，但它的功能与排放污染物的烟囱却恰好相反。这座塔从顶部收集受污染的空气．塔内的扇叶在运转期间会截留空气中的雾霾粒子，从而起到过滤空气的效果。The Smog Free Project is an environmental rehabilitation and air pollution reduction strategy that deploys proven and patented positive ionization technology in places where it is needed the most. Experimental towers were erected in Beijing and Tianjin.
