摘 要:通过对相关文献和资料的研究发现,当前清洁技术的概念和衡量标准并没能得到有效的明确。对技术创新方向选择的影响机制的探索也没能实现理论和实践的统一。清洁技术的创新和激励机制也在税收理论背景下得到完善和发展。在大量的研究和探索环节中,认为技术创新对于创新技术的发展也将产生十分积极的影响,因此在实际工作中也应该确保这项工作的激励政策能对传统工作方式进行完善。但是经过实际研究,认为政策激励工作的效应也需要有效被控制在外部约束范围中。针对这一情况,本文就将对清洁技术创新及其政策激励机制展开更详细的研究,希望对这项工作的开展起到更大的帮助作用,实现工作效率和质量的全面提升。Through the research on relevant literature and data, it is found that the current concept and measurement standards of clean technology have not been effectively defined. The exploration of the influence mechanism on the selection of technological innovation has also failed to achieve the unity of theory and practice. The innovation and incentive mechanism of clean technology is also perfected and developed under the background of taxation theory. In a large number of research and exploration sessions, it is believed that technological innovation will have a very positive impact on the development of innovative technologies. Therefore, in practical work, it should also ensure that the incentive policies of this work can improve the traditional work methods. However, after actual research, it is believed that the effect of policy incentives needs to be effectively controlled within the scope of external constraints. In view of this situation, this article will carry out more detailed research on clean technology innovation and its policy incentive mechanism, hoping to play a more helpful role in the development of this work, and to achieve an overall improvement in work efficiency and quality.
