摘　　要：金属柔性膜除尘技术,可基于兰炭立窑烘干烟气的特殊性,采取具有高温抗氧化、抗硫化,耐热振性、耐磨损性能的Al系金属间化合物多孔材料非对称膜作为除尘元件,替换现有除尘器内的布袋,对其花板及反吹系统进行改造,其余均利旧,可解决"烧袋"、"糊膜"问题,保证生产连续稳定,可实现烟气高精度的除尘。Metal flexible membrane dedusting technology can be based on the particularity of blue carbon vertical kiln drying flue gas to take high temperature oxidation resistance,anti-vulcanization,thermal shock resistance,wear resistance of Al-based intermetallic compound porous material asymmetric membrane as dust removal components, replace the existing dust bag inside the bag, the flower board and the backflushing system transformation,the remaining are old,can solve the ＂bag＂, ＂paste film＂ problem,to ensure continuous and stable production,can be achieved high-precision flue gas dust removal.
