摘  要:研究了以丙烯腈和硫氢化钠为主要原料合成巯基丙酸时,调节反应体系pH值的氢氧化钠对反应的影响。当采用液体硫氢化钠为原料进行合成反应时,氢氧化钠的用量对转化率具有一定的影响。n(AN)∶n(Na HS)∶n(NaOH)=1∶1.22∶0.2为最优配比,反应温度为45~50℃,转化率可达到83%~85%。In the synthesis of mercaptopropionic acid from acrylonitrile and sodium hydrosulfide as the main raw materials, the effect of sodium hydroxide which was used to adjust the pH value of the reaction system on the reaction was studied. When liquid sodium hydrosulfide was used as raw material for the synthesis reaction, the amount of sodium hydroxide had a certain effect on the conversion rate. The optimal ratio was n ( AN ) : n (NariS) : n (NaOH) = 1 : 1.22: 0.2, the reaction temperature was 45 - 50 ℃, and the conversion rate could reach 83% -85%.
