摘  要:对氯醇法环氧丙烷生产中产生的皂化残液进行了再浓缩技术改造。改造后,20万t/a环氧丙烷装置生石灰单耗由1.8 t降至1.7 t,废渣量减少2万t/a,有效降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益。Re-concentration technology innovation was conducted on the saponification residue that was formed in propylene oxide production by chlorohydrination method. After the innovation was carried out, the unit consumption of quick lime in 200-kt/a propylene oxide facility was reduced from 1.8 t to 1.7 t, waste residue reduced by 20-kt/a, the cost of production was reduced effectively, economic efficiency of enterprises was increased.
