摘 要:目的设计一种基于ARM的凹版印刷电子装备烘干温度控制器,为印刷电子产品制造工艺提供较高且精准的烘干温度。方法通过搭建PT100温度传感器的恒流源测温电路对烘箱内温度进行实时测量,采集到的温度信号经过AD转换传输给控制芯片分析处理;控制芯片利用固态继电器控制加热管通断,通过变频器控制风机,实现对烘箱内温度的控制。结果实验表明,该控制器能够实现的测量温度范围为0~205℃,测量精度能达到0.1℃。结论在加热管控制和风机控制的协同作用下,烘箱内部可始终保持预设的温度,满足印刷电子产品烘干工艺的要求。The work aims to design an ARM-based gravure printing electronic equipment drying system controller to provide a higher and accurate drying temperature for the printing of electronic products. The constant current source temperature measurement circuit of PT100 temperature sensor was built for the real-time measurement of the temperature inside the oven. The collected temperature signal was transmitted through AD conversion to the control chip for analysis and processing. The control chip controlled the on-off switching of heating tube through the solid-state relay. The fan was controlled by the frequency converter to achieve the control over the temperature inside the oven. Experimental results showed that the temperature measurement range of the controller was 0-205 ℃, and the measurement cy could be 0.1 ℃. Through the synergistic effect of the heating pipe control and the fan control, the inside of the en can always maintain the preset temperature to meet the requirements of the drying process of printed electronic products.
