传统中药联合西医治疗AECOPD的临床疗效及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗治疗对痰热郁肺型AECOPD的生存质量及护理注意要点。方法选取我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者作为研究对象,将其分为治疗组与对照组。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,联合中药熏洗足部加减桑白皮汤治疗配合护理干预,2组患者均治疗10 d,比较2组患者治疗前后生存质量及预后。结果治疗10 d后,治疗组各项生存质量指标以及总均分均低于对照组,且呈显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率(95.0%)显著高于对照组总有效率(75.0%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中西医联合治疗配合护理技术干预能有效提高患者生存质量,有效改善预后,在AECOPD临床治疗中具有明显积极作用,临床应用前景广阔。Objective To investigate the quality of life and nursing of Chinese herbal medicine fumigation in the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing lung type acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）. Methods Patients with AECOPD were selected in our hospital as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group received Chinese herbal medicine Sangbaipi decoction fumigation foot and nursing intervention based on the control group. Two groups of patients were treated for 10 days. The survival quality and prognosis was compared between the two groups. Results After 10 days of treatment,the quality of life index and total score of the treatment group were higher than those of control group,and there was a significant difference（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group（95. 0%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（75. 0%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The experimental results showed that the treatment with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing technology intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and prognosis,and plays an active role in the clinical treatment of AECOPD,and has broad prospects for clinical application.
