中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗治疗肛周湿疹的临床意义。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在锦州市中心医院就诊的肛周湿疹患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组50例采取常规治疗,试验组50例,在对照组的基础上使用中药熏洗治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肛周湿疹患者采取中药熏洗,可以有效的提高临床有效率,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the clinical significance of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of perianal eczema.Methods 100 cases of perianal eczema patients were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in proctology department of Jinzhou City Central Hospital,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The control group of 50 cases was treated with conventional treatment. 50 cases in the experimental group applied traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effective rate was compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ p 0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of perianal eczema can effectively improve the clinical effective rate and quality of life,and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
