摘　　要：不明原因复发性流产(URSA)是临床上难治的不孕症,武权生教授总结经验认为,中医治疗该病以补肾健脾为大法,根据具体病情随证加减,做到预培其损、身心同治、药食同调,注重生态保胎,力求防治结合,临床都能取得满意疗效。The unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is one of the clinical difficult and complicated infertility. Professor Wu Quansheng thought that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease is strengthening the spleen and invigorating the spleen,and modified medicine was used according to the specific condition. We should advance from its loss,treating for both physical and mental,regulate both medicine and food,and pay attention to ecological spuc in order to combine prevention and treatment. We had a great effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
