甲硝唑、制霉菌素与阴道臭氧灌洗联合方案治疗阴道炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑、制霉菌素与阴道臭氧灌洗联合方案治疗阴道炎的疗效。方法选择2016年5月‐2017年4月于该院治疗的88例阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表作为分组原则将其分为对照组44例(甲硝唑与制霉菌素治疗)与研究组44例(在对照组的基础上采用阴道臭氧灌洗治疗)。观察对比两组临床治疗效果、治疗前与治疗后(治疗1个月)症状积分的变化以及治疗期间的不良反应。结果两组临床疗效对比,研究组95.45%,高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后症状积分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),其中研究组的症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗期间不良反应发生率4.55%,与对照组的4.55%对比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑、制霉菌素与阴道臭氧灌洗联合方案治疗阴道炎效果确切,安全可靠,适于临床推广。[Objective] To investigate the curative effect of metronidazole, mycostatin combined with vaginal ozonation irrigation scheme in the treatment of patients with vaginitis. [Methods] Eighty-eight patients with vaginitis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group （44 cases） （treated with metronidazole and mycostatin） and study group （44 cases） （treated with vaginal ozonation irrigation scheme on the basis of the treatment of the control group） according to the random number table. The effect of two groups of clinical treatment, the changes of the symptom scores before and after treatment （1 month after treatment）, and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed and compared. [Results] In the comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups, 95.45% in the study group was higher than 77.27% in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P 〈0.01）, and the symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between 4.55% in the study group and 4.55% in the control group during the treatment （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Metronidazole, mycostatin combined with vaginal ozonation irrigation scheme in the treatment ofvaginitis is effective, safe and reliable, which is suitable for clinical application.
