摘　　要：某企业于2016年为了降低生产成本,自建了医疗床测试实验室,该实验室进行的医疗床寿命测试效率低下,操作难度大。为了提高生产效率,降低操作强度,运用PLC控制和触摸屏操作及实时监控,设计了一个医疗床机械寿命测试系统。A company built its own medical bed test lab in 2016 in order to save test costs. Current tests done in this lab have low efficiency and are difficult to operate. In order to improve test efficiency and make tests easy to operate, this paper designed an automatic medical bed life cycle test system based on PLC control, touch screen operation and instant monitor.
