摘　　要：目的探讨抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies，ANCA）相关性血管炎（ANCA associated vasculitis，AAV）患者血清中IL-33和sST2表达与疾病活动的关系。方法应用夹心ELISA方法检测20例AAV患者、18例疾病对照组和20例健康体检者血清中IL-33和sST2的表达，同时采用酶联免疫分析ANCA靶抗原MPO和RP3的浓度．间接免疫荧光检测ANCA的核型。结果AAV患者血清中sST2的表达水平为（74．50±31．79）pg/ml，明显高于疾病对照组（58．83±19．80）pg／ml和健康对照组（57．60±6．21）pg／ml（P〈0．05），且活动期ANCA相关性血管炎患者sST2的表达水平明显高于缓解期患者，但sST2的表达水平与AAV患者的BVAS2003评分问无统计学相关；AAV患者体内IL-33的表达水平与疾病对照及健康对照组相比，均无明显差异。结论sST2是一种监测AAV病情活动性的有效临床标记物，为以后临床个体化治疗带来了新的参考指标。Objective To investigate the serum levels of IL-33 and sST2 in antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody （ANCA） -associated vaseulitis （AAV） and their correlation with the disease activity. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to measure the levels of IL-33 and sST2 in 20 AAV patients, 18 disease controls and 20 healthy individuals. MPO and RP3 were detected by ELISA and the nuclear types of ANCA by indirect immunoiluorescence. Results The levels of serum sST2 were significantly higher in the AAV group （74. 50 ± 31.79 pg/mL） than in disease control （58.83 ± 19.80 pg/mL） and healthy control （57.60±6.21 pg/mL） groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） . They were significantly higher in active AAV patients than in patients in remission. But the serum levels of sST2 were not correlated with the Birmingham Vasculitis Activity Score 2003 in AAV patients. There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-33 between AAV patients and controls. Conclusion sST2 is an effective clinical marker that can be used to monitor disease activity in AAV patients.
